Student Ambassadors are the school’s team of student leaders. United by a commitment to the school and community, Ambassadors fill a variety of positions that enable student voice, strengthens the community, and improve communication between students, teachers and administration. Student Ambassadors fill a variety of community roles and are an extensive resource for supporting other students, community and education at NCCES.
Ambassadors are either self-nominated or nominated by others; and must attend a Summer Leadership Institute for multiple days each year. These trainings develop leadership skills as well as train the Ambassadors to be prepared to run our 'New Student Orientation Day'. Student Ambassadors are visible leaders in the school, and our community relies on them to keep the NC6 and our mission of “Think, Care, Act” alive.
NCCES will have an average of 30-50 Student Ambassadors at any given point in time during each school year.
